2010/2011 Enrollment forms for NEW Parish Members only.
Attention NEW Parish Families:
Please download and print out all four forms and return the
completed forms to the SOR Office as your completed enrollment packet.
NOTE: If you are a returning SOR student, you should
have received a
pre-printed registration form in the mail. If you did not,
please contact the SOR Office, at 913-829-1147.
The 'Registration Deadline' is
July 31, 2010.
NOTE: Late registrations will incur a
$25 late fee.

Christian Formation
 Christian
formation is a dynamic program of growth and development
that gives shape and meaning to all activities in the life
of a Christian.
Each of us enters our adventure of Christian formation at
different times in our lives and from different levels and
experiences. At Prince of Peace, we strive to meet you,
right where you are, and provide preparation and training to
live out your commitment to Christ. Christian formation classes include:
Returning School of Religion Families:
It’s time for Prince of Peace School of Religion to begin
enrolling for the 2010/2011 school year. This year we have
mailed out a personalized family registration form for your
convenience. We hope that this will make your enrollment
process easier. We realize that your fall schedule may not
be set as of yet, but please turn in your registration form
as soon as possible because it is easier to make changes
after your child is enrolled than to add students. If you
have not received your registration form in the mail, please
call the SOR Office, at 913-829-1147, and we will be happy
to mail you a personalized family registration form.
New Families to School of Religion:
If you are new to the program this year, you can go to
http://www.princeofpeace.info/SOR.htm to download the
registration
form. Please fill out all four pages and return it to us as
soon as
possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call
