Problem

Of all of the natural disasters, earthquakes are one of the most destructive. Why do earthquakes continue to be so devastating and what can be done to minimize the devastation of an earthquake?

Congratulations!  You have been selected to create a public service announcement highlighting safety precautions to take before, during, and after an earthquake.  Remember your commercial will be aired during the Super Bowl.  You’ll want your message to be creative and direct.  

Not everyone will be watching the Superbowl, so we will need to find an alternative way to educate citizens about earthquakes. You will also be responsible for designing and producing pamphlets about earthquakes and earthquake safety to be distributed to citizens in earthquake zones. Your group must become experts in the field of earthquakes in order to be highly successful in this endeavor.
